1.Required Mandatory Documents for Emitra Kiosk -:

• Emitra Kiosk address Proof: - Lease agreement of shop, or if own than photocopy of electricity bill, Registry, Patta etc.
• Residence Address Proof: Voter Id, Aadhar Card, Ration card ,Driving licence, Electricity Bill.
• For identity:- Voter id, Aadhar card, driving license ,Passport, Driving Licence.
• Net Banking Enabled Bank Account 
• Passport size photograph of applicant.
• Pan Card Copy
• Proof of Educational Qualifications (Minimum -10th ,   Maximum- Graduate, Post Graduate)
• Police verification certificate (Not issue leter than 6 months.)

2.      Fee Structure for Emitra Kiosks

*Payment shall be in favor of “Aksh Optifibre Ltd.” Payable at Jaipur through Cash  DD/Cheque/NEFT.
We will provide receipt in case of cash and payment confirmation in case of DD/Cheque/NEFT
